ABOUT US

About Us
Who We Are
Rohannah Solar Energy Management Ltd is a specialist non-electrical solar construction contractor, delivering the full non-electrical construction scope for utility-scale solar farm projects.
We support EPCs, developers, and principal contractors by acting as a single delivery partner for piling, solar civils and groundworks support, mechanical installation, QA/QC, and commissioning support. Our integrated approach reduces interface risk, simplifies programme management, and ensures consistent delivery across MW-scale solar projects.
Through disciplined delivery processes, robust CDM- and OSHA-aligned safety management, and EPC-aligned quality systems, we provide reliable non-electrical construction capability across complex utility-scale environments.
Where We Operate
We maintain established operational delivery in the United Kingdom and the United States, supported by additional installation capability across Europe and the Caribbean.
Our UK headquarters provides programme control, commercial oversight, safety governance, and client coordination, while regional delivery teams support utility-scale solar projects across multiple jurisdictions. This structure allows us to deploy consistently managed teams while maintaining compliance with local regulations and EPC standards in each operating region.
What We Do

How We Deliver
Our delivery model is built around disciplined site supervision, EPC-aligned processes, robust safety management, and predictable non-electrical construction performance. We integrate seamlessly with EPC operational teams to protect programme integrity, reduce interface risk, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across utility-scale solar projects.
Delivery Model
-
Single non-electrical delivery partner
One integrated team responsible for piling, civils support, mechanical installation, QA/QC and commissioning support — reducing handovers and coordination risk. -
EPC-aligned supervision and reporting
Experienced site supervision, daily progress tracking, and clear communication aligned with EPC reporting structures and construction programmes. -
Safety-led execution
CDM- and OSHA-aligned safety management, including RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks, PPE compliance and competent supervision embedded into daily operations. -
Quality and completion focus
Structured QA/QC processes, tolerance checks, punch-list management and mechanical completion support to ensure clean handover and programme certainty. -
Scalable mobilisation
Rapid deployment of directly managed installation teams to support multi-MW and multi-site delivery requirements.

United States – Operations Office
Our United States operations office provides local coordination, communication, and delivery support for EPCs and developers across utility-scale solar projects nationwide.
