We are a global solar construction contractor delivering defined non-electrical construction work packages on utility-scale solar projects across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and the Caribbean.
We operate robust health and safety management systems aligned with applicable regional regulations, industry best practice, and EPC requirements — including CDM Regulations 2015 (UK), OSHA requirements (USA), and relevant local regulatory equivalents. This ensures all site activities are planned, controlled, and executed safely within EPC-led project environments.

Health, Safety & Compliance Framework
Our health and safety framework is supported by professional HSE consultants, accredited training providers, and compliance partners operating across our regions of work. This framework underpins our internal HSE management systems, regulatory compliance, RAMS development, and the ongoing competence and development of our workforce.
Our approach is aligned with applicable regulations and client requirements, including CDM Regulations 2015 (UK), OSHA requirements (USA), and relevant regional regulatory equivalents, ensuring consistent health and safety standards across all utility-scale solar projects worldwide.
Qualified Supervision
Our works are overseen by experienced, suitably qualified site supervisors, including SSSTS / SMSTS-certified personnel where required, ensuring full compliance with site requirements, effective quality control, and safe workflow management throughout all phases of non-electrical solar construction, including mechanical installation, civils, piling, and commissioning support.
Supervisors provide on-site leadership, coordination with EPC and principal contractor teams, and active monitoring of safe systems of work.
Workforce Training & Competence
All personnel hold appropriate construction and safety credentials relevant to their operating region and role. Training covers safe working practices, manual handling, working at height, plant and equipment use, and non-electrical solar construction procedures.
Workforce competence is continuously assessed, monitored, and maintained in line with EPC, client, and regional regulatory requirements to ensure safe, consistent project delivery.
Continuous Monitoring & Reporting
Daily safety inspections, site briefings, and formal reporting processes are implemented to ensure hazards are identified, communicated, and addressed promptly. Incidents and near-misses are reported and reviewed to support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
